The vast array of different landscapes was fantastic. I felt like we saw so much of two wonderful countries for only being there three and a half weeks. I also am forever grateful for such brilliant field guides. I think the most amazing and important part of their participation is their locality - each knew the specific locations and issues so well.

Loved absolutely all site visits and field trips. Would not change a thing.

The amount of places we visited combined with what we learned at each place.... it was truly priceless. I am still in awe over how much I learned in such a short period of time in so many wildly different settings. All of the field guides, their passion and the information they passed onto us, also completely priceless. Truly a life-changing trip. Worth every penny spent.

I think this program was truly incredible and completely exceeded my expectations! I learned more than I ever imagined I could while experiencing the most beautiful, stunning parts of the world. This program really opened my eyes on issues I had never considered before and I am coming home with a more open mind and broader world view!

Completely exceeded my (already very high from other previous participants) expectations.

1. Go in with an open mind, the person you meet at orientation who you think is your opposite may end up being your best friend
2. This is going to the most incredible experience of your life. Sleep is for the weak, make the most of your time and you will not regret it.

Prepare yourself for late nights, early mornings, lots of physical activity, and little or no access to phone service or wifi! This program is so incredibly worth it and it's great to be disconnected from the virtual world for a while so you can really pay attention to the world around you! That being said, choose a different trip if you can't handle being outside in all weather conditions for most of the day and not having reliable access to your phone! But I highly recommend this program for any all adventurous, outdoorsy types wanting to experience more of this beautiful world and expand their knowledge on environmental, social, and political issues surrounding sustainable development.

I can't say enough how great the program was. I would highly recommend this to anyone even considering it. The locations, experiences, and education was great.

When you go abroad, really go abroad. Leave home at home. Take the opportunity to really immerse yourself in the culture and experience and don't worry about things that are going on back in Georgia. Take time to really disconnect; I promise it will change your life.

I found my definition of progress when I stepped outside (or jumped outside) of my comfort zone, lost track of time, and truly let myself be present in every moment. I walked away feeling full-- of love, of knowledge, and of once in a lifetime experiences.

This was probably the best experience of my life.
