The program was very complete, taking us not only to see wildlife, but to see local villages and people.

We had plenty of opportunities to interact and learn from the locals, this was one of my favorite parts of the trip.

The professor, T/A, the guides and everyone that was part of this program were just amazing, could not have asked for better people to teach this course.

The opportunities granted us were incredibly affordable compared to what we would've had to pay for the same experience if we stayed in safari lodges. This opportunity would not have been available if we were not students. This definitely was a once in a lifetime trip.

This program exceeded all expectations that I had going into it. It absolutely changed my life and allowed me to see one of the less inhabited areas of the world. It was really a wonderful experience to be able to search from society and live in one of the few remaining areas of true wilderness. It was an extremely eye-opening experience. That really helped me to grow as a person and bring about a whole new way of thinking.

In terms of seeing wildlife, this trip exceeded expectations! I was frustrated, however, by the fact that we barely did anything throughout the day. It was a bit too relaxed for the money, planning, and effort spent. I was disappointed by too much free time, not enough hiking/walking/exercise activities, and the small number and duration of the lectures we had.

Exceeded my expectation in every way possible, best experience and program I've ever been on.

Spending my summer in South Africa was the greatest thing I have ever done. I had so many incredible experiences that I would not have been able to have in any other way outside of studying abroad through this program. I have an entirely different way of looking at the world since I studied abroad.

This study abroad program was the best 21 days of my college career. I truly believe it has helped shape me as a person and the impact it has had will stay with me for the rest of my involvement in wildlife conservation.

This was the best month of my life!

This is a once in a lifetime trip that everyone should take the opportunity to do! You will not be disappointed.

This trip changed my perception of not just my world, but the world outside of the U.S. There is so much to see and learn out there, and if I had let the price tag of study abroad scare me off, I would have sorely regretted it. The crazy part to me is that I just decided one day that I was going to do it -- and that was the day that I signed up for this trip. If you decide to do it, don't wait on it. Just go for it, even if you feel completely unprepared! You'll thank yourself later.

If you've been trying to find yourself in nature then look no further. Africa is the place for you

Africa has a mysterious aura around it, as if you're going back home, to where it all started. And that's what Africa feels like, like home.
