Program Reviews:
Heather Kimberly Huynh, Spring 2017 Participant
The UGA at Oxford program had changed my life. I made some of the best friends I could ask for on this program and was able to experience the true Oxford experience.

Anna Marie Davis, Spring 2017 Participant
Even though there were some scary events happening in London, Oxford felt safe the entire time. I did not see or hear of a single crime happen during my three months there, and there's not much of a police presence needed.

Anna Marie Davis, Spring 2017 Participant
The program exceeded my expectations. I felt nervous about going on the program because I thought that an esteemed university like Oxford would be too difficult and stressful for me to handle. Once I arrived, however, I found that everyone is so kind and that though the workload is different and a lot, it's not impossible. My professors were wonderful, and my peers were understanding. I truly felt at home.

Since taking Spanish and criminology tutorials and speaking with several UGA Law students I shared the house with, I have realized my passion for language and law. I am in the process of changing majors from PR to linguistics (and potentially international affairs) with intent to attend law school. I am considering pursuing academia in the future and would love to study at Oxford again, whether through UGA or a graduate program. My term at Oxford helped me to realize my interests and that they deserve to be pursued, whether or not they are deemed "beneficial majors" in the states. I will forever be grateful for the UGA at Oxford program for helping me envision the life I would like to lead.
