Welcome to UGA at Oxford

The UGA at Oxford Study Abroad Program has been in existence for over twenty-five years. One of the most successful programs on campus, the program is a big reason that the University of Georgia has risen to rank in the top twenty in the nation for University student participation in study abroad programs. The live in RAs were extremely helpful in this area.

Advice for future participants: Leave the house! It can be easy to feel lethargic and stay in the house, especially if your class is in the house and you have a lot of work to do for class. But Oxford is an amazing city with so many attractions to offer, so take advantage of your short time there and make the most of it!

Laurel Hiatt, Maymester 2016 Participant
We were responsible for our own meals but given a very good budget.

Do not hesitate! You will see the world in so many new lights. You absolutely should study abroad!
