Program Reviews:
Summer 2017 Participant
Throughout the trip we had a chance to meet locals and spend time with them. Including dinners, dances, an on campus concert, and walks around the city. Anytime the teachers found out about a new opportunities for students to get involved they would encourage students to attend and made school work around each new opportunity.

Summer 2017 Participant
Throughout the trip our teachers encouraged students to try different local foods. They would surprise students with snacks from the area, which allowed to try more things then they otherwise would. The dining hall accommodated several different dietary restrictions including vegetarian, gluten allergies, diary.

The staff at UGA en Monteverde is spectacular and work hard to ensure that each student has a great experience.

It gave me more perspective on how people all around the world are very similar, and that will go into the classroom with me as a learn about my students.
