Welcome to UGA at Oxford

The UGA at Oxford Study Abroad Program has been in existence for over twenty-five years. One of the most successful programs on campus, the program is a big reason that the University of Georgia has risen to rank in the top twenty in the nation for University student participation in study abroad programs. If you've considered spending part of your college career abroad, think of Oxford as your first stop.

The Program is only open to University of Georgia Foundation Fellows. For full program details, please see the UGA at Oxford website, https://honors.uga.edu/c_s/scholarships/f_f/oxford_maymester.html.

Program Reviews:
Trisha Dalapati, Maymester 2016 Participant
104 Banbury is a beautiful house. I appreciated the the kitchen being well stocked. My room was lovely; the scouts were so nice! I also really enjoyed the Cornwall excursion and am glad we got two days there.

Ashley Uchenna Amukamara, Maymester 2016 Participant
Oxford is such an interesting place to study! The Maymester was more than an educational experience: it was a way to learn more about different places and their cultures. I wish I could go back!

Mackenzie Rose Joy, Maymester 2017 Participant
The live in RAs were extremely helpful in this area.

Testimonial:
Although Oxford gives you a bunch of work, make sure you spend the time to explore England and Europe. After all, you're on a study abroad program so make the most of it!
