Augusta University, Salamanca Program
This is a 5-week program to Spain. This program includes excursions to Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, Pamplona, Barcelona and Figueres. During the week, the students live in Salamanca. The students study at the University of Salamanca, where classes are limited to 15 students per class and are taught by the faculty of the University of Salamanca. You will participate in guided cultural excursions, combined with intensive language classes and home stays with a Spanish family to provide an enriched academic program.

Completion of Spanish 1002 or the equivalent is required.
UGA students must complete a Transfer Credit Approval Form at least three weeks prior to their program start date. This form serves to keep the student enrolled at UGA and enables the distribution of financial aid including the HOPE and Zell Miller scholarships.

Housing and Meals
Students will be placed in home stays during their time in Salamanca but will stay in a hotel in Madrid, Pamplona, and Barcelona. All meals in Salamanca are included in the fees.
