UGA Exchange, University of Canberra

The University of Canberra is a young vibrant university with a focus on learning and creativity, as well as creating rewarding opportunities and positive outcomes for its students. UC has students from over 80 different countries worldwide. The University of Canberra is located in Australia's capital city, Canberra. Canberra is located just 3 hours from Sydney and 2 hours from the South Coast.

Our Canberra campus, situated in the suburb of Bruce, is the primary Campus.  It is a haven of tall native trees and wildlife, despite being only minutes away from Canberra's Civic Centre and boasting a rich on-campus life.  Whether you'd prefer to hang out with the resident kangaroos, in the bar, library, cafes, or health clubs, Bruce Campus has both lifestyle and facilities covered.

Program Location

university of canberra 2The University of Canberra is located in Australia's capital. The city of Canberra situated just 2.5 hours from fantastic surfing beaches and 3 hours from Sydney. With the movie theater, bowling alley, fresh food markets, and a major shopping mall, there is plenty to do within walking distance of campus. The city center of Canberra is just a quick 15 minute bus ride away where pubs, live music, cultural and political events, and numerous festivals take place.
