PaymentYou have the option to pay via credit card through the online registration form below or by mailing a check in the name of your organization made payable to UGA/OIE at the following address:

Once you have completed this registration request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Payment will be accepted beginning July 2nd via credit card payment or check. If payment is received prior to this date, it will be returned promptly to the program with a request to resend the check after July 2nd.
Deadline for registration is Friday, September 8th, 2017.
Late RegistrationUGA programs or external providers that do not register and pay by the Friday, September 8th, 2017 deadline will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on space availability.
CancellationsUGA programs or external providers that register for a table but need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, must do so by Friday, September 8th, 2017 to receive a full refund. Other cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
No ShowsUGA programs or external providers that register for a table but do not show for their designated fair day(s) will not receive a refund.
Exhibitor Placement InformationThe Office of International Education at UGA reserves the right to determine the placement and arrangement of exhibitors and may not be able to accommodate special requests concerning electrical outlets, wall space, and proximity to other exhibitors.
- The Tate Student Center has elevators from the parking deck directly to the 5th floor of the Tate Grand Hall, where the fair is being held. You will be provided with one parking voucher per registration in order to exit the deck. Please present this voucher with your deck ticket to the parking attendants when you exit.
- The Tate Student Center is a wireless environment. Wireless visitor logins will be provided.
- We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions/needs of the exhibitors that are identified on the registration form. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
- CHANGE THIS YEAR: Due to storage constraints, we cannot accept deliveries of fair materials this year. We apologize for any inconvenience.
